LEARN

Understand CBD oil, then choose yours.

Five strengths of one clean broad-spectrum formula. Below: what is actually in the bottle, how to check it against an independent certificate, and how to pick the strength that fits your routine.

What CBD oil actually is.

Three definitions do most of the work. Everything further down this page builds on them.

CBD oil

Cannabidiol drawn from hemp and diluted into a carrier oil — ours is organic MCT coconut oil. The extract is the active part; the carrier is what makes it pourable and measurable.

Broad spectrum

The extract keeps the plant’s wider profile — minor cannabinoids and terpenes — with THC removed to non-detectable levels*. Full spectrum keeps the trace THC; isolate keeps nothing but CBD.

The percentage

10% to 40% describes concentration, not quality. A 10% oil carries 1,000 mg of CBD in a 10 ml bottle; a 40% oil carries 4,000 mg in the same bottle. Same formula, four times the concentration.
*THC not detected within laboratory quantification limits.
THE 3-STEP GUIDE

Choosing is simple.

01

Match your experience

New to CBD? Start at 10% or 15% and learn how your body responds. Already familiar? Go straight to 20%, 30% or 40% — no need to work your way up.
02

Stronger goes further

Higher strengths deliver more CBD per drop, so a bottle lasts longer — 30% and 40% are the best value per milligram in the range.
03

Fine-tune from there

Give any strength a couple of weeks of consistent use, then adjust up or down. The right strength is the one that fits your routine.
GETTING THE MOST FROM IT

How to take CBD oil.

Measure with the dropper

Each bottle comes with a marked dropper — so you know exactly how much CBD you're taking, every time.

Hold under the tongue

Place the drops under your tongue and hold for 30–60 seconds before swallowing — the clean, natural taste makes it easy.

Consistency over intensity

CBD works best as a routine. Same time, same amount, every day — then fine-tune after a couple of weeks.
01 · Proof & purity

Start with the certificate, not the label.

A front label is a claim. A certificate of analysis is a measurement. In a category built on trust, the certificate is the only part that settles an argument.
The four things a COA has to show — batch, potency, purity and the laboratory itself — read in order, plus the red flags that tell you a report is not worth reading.
Every Canasity batch is tested by an independent laboratory. Find the batch number on your box and read the report that belongs to your bottle, not a generic sample.
02 · Spectrum & form

What is actually in the extract.

Full spectrum, broad spectrum and isolate are not marketing words — they describe what survived the extraction, and they decide what your certificate will say about THC.
The three extract types compared, and why Canasity makes broad spectrum only — now with full sections on full-spectrum CBD oil and on CBD isolate.
Two cannabinoids from the same plant family, what “THC not detected” means on a report, and the single line on a certificate that separates one from the other.
03 · Strength & routine

Then choose a strength and settle into it.

The three steps higher up this page are the short version. These two guides are the long one — what each percentage means once it is in the bottle, and how to use it after you have chosen.
What each percentage means once it is in the bottle, why the stronger oils cost less per milligram, and why “stronger” is a statement about concentration rather than quality.
Using the marked dropper, holding under the tongue for 30–60 seconds, and how to store the bottle so the oil keeps its character — the practical side, start to finish.
