Canasity (“we”, “us”) operates this online store at canasity.com, selling broad-spectrum CBD food supplements. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product information on this site is not medical advice. All products are intended for adults (18+). Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

3. Orders & prices

Prices are shown in euros including applicable VAT. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel orders where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or delivery to your location is not possible; any amounts paid will be refunded.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by PayU. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We never store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Europe and Türkiye with free, tracked shipping on every order, dispatched from our European warehouses. Delivery times vary by destination; you will receive a tracking link when your order ships. It is your responsibility to ensure the products you order may be lawfully received at your delivery address.

6. Returns

See our Return Policy. In short: unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
