14-day returns

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How it works

1. Message us at info@canasity.com or on WhatsApp with your order number.
2. We send you the return address and instructions.
3. Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

What we can’t take back

Opened or unsealed products — for hygiene and safety reasons — unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. Photograph any damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Your legal right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Products unsealed after delivery are exempt for health and hygiene reasons — which is why returns must be unopened and sealed. To withdraw, simply message us (a model withdrawal form is available on request); we refund within 14 days of receiving the return, including standard delivery costs.
