To fulfil and deliver orders, process payments (via PayU), answer your messages, send service emails about your order, improve the store, and — only if you subscribe — send our newsletter, which you can leave with one click at any time.

3. Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to run the store: payment processing (PayU), delivery carriers, our hosting and analytics providers. We never sell your personal data.

4. How long we keep it

Order data is kept as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes; marketing preferences until you unsubscribe.

We process your data to perform your contract (orders, delivery, payment), to meet legal obligations (accounting — order records kept 10 years under Romanian law), and based on your consent for the newsletter and non-essential cookies (withdrawable any time). Processors: PayU (payments), delivery carriers, our hosting provider, Google (analytics, only with consent). If you believe your rights were breached you may also complain to your data protection authority — in Romania, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
